After Hurricane Maria devastated the island of Puerto Rico in September 2017, we saw a clear need for superior administration in most sectors. With all the relief funds available, projects still were unable to be completed in a timely manner and sometimes even successfully. Looking into the consulting industry, we also noticed a key issue, non-certified consultants extending project timelines for their own personal gains.
